More About Army of Darkness, Volume 1: Hail to the Queen, Baby!
This is another volume of the further adventures of Ash, this time with more complexity. So, I had gotten the first several issues of this volume as part of a bundle, but then I bought the whole thing as part of a later bundle. So by themselves, I enjoyed the first 4 out of the 7 issues and was curious to see how they would wrap up... The chosen one Ash J. Williams (male) meets another chosen one, Ashley K. Williams (female). Two chosen ones meet to kick some serious deadite behind with a humorous flare....or this is how the story should have gone. This boring and uneven story is told over seven comics in this trade paperback. The two Ashleys have very little time... Was reading the individual issues of this (came with a cheap bundle). Read the first five. Not going to bother looking for the rest. It's an incoherent mess, even more so than one might expect for a 20-years-after-the-fact comic book spinoff of a B-movie.
